Welcome to Cliff’s Vending LLC!
By inserting cash, swiping or tapping a credit/debit card, or using a mobile wallet on any of our claw machines, amusement games, or vending equipment (collectively, the “Machines”), you agree to our Terms of Service & Refund Policy.
If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Machines.
1. Payment & Bonus Play Poilices:
Cash: Exact change is required. All cash payments are final unless explicitly stated in the refund policy. Machines do not dispense change, and overpayments will not be refunded. We strongly advise checking the machines posted pricing before inserting cash.Electronic Payments (Nayax): You can use credit/debit cards or mobile wallets (such as Apple Pay or Google Pay) via the Nayax system.Bonus Plays: Bonus plays are only available through Nayax electronic payments starting at $5.00. Cash payments do not qualify for bonus plays, and no manual credits will be issued.Temporary Holds: When tapping or swiping a card via Nayax, your bank may place a temporary authorization hold (typically between $1.00 and $5.00) on your account. This hold is controlled by your financial institution and will automatically adjust to the actual cost of play within 24 to 72 business hours.Network Failures: Electronic transactions require wireless connectivity. We are not liable for delayed plays, failed connections, or double-tap processing errors caused by local cellular network interruptions.
2. Pricing & Gameplay Changes
No Notice Changes: Price per play, prize inventory, difficulty settings, and win-rates are subject to change at any time, at our sole discretion, without prior notice.Void Plays: In the event of a mechanical, electrical, or software malfunction, the play is considered void. A malfunction does not guarantee a prize or a free replay.
3. Refund & Claim Policy
All Sales Final: Except as expressly stated below, all cash and card transactions are final. No refunds will be given for "near misses," failure to catch a prize, or user error during gameplay.Legitimate Errors: If a Machine accepts your payment but fails to provide credit or initiate gameplay due to a verifiable mechanical jam, card reader issue, error message on machine display, or the prize getting stuck on the claw or in the prize chute, you may submit a refund request.How to Request a Refund: To request a refund, you must fill out the “Refund Request Form” within forty-eight (48) hours of the incident. You can access this form by scanning the QR code on the Machine (via our Linktree) or by texting us to request the link. The contact line at the bottom of this page. The form must be completed and submitted to qualify for a refund.To qualify for a refund you must provide:
Requested Photos of the issue.
The Machine location and number.
The exact time and date of the issue and;
The payment method used (last 4 digits of the card used or the exact cash amount).Refund Issuance: You will receive a response within 1 to 3 business days. Approved refunds for card transactions will be credited back to the original payment card (the $0.10 card surcharge is non-refundable. Approved cash refunds will be issued digitally via Venmo, Cash App, or Zelle at our discretion. Approved refunds will only cover the specific failed transaction(s) and will not include the value of any prizes successfully won during the session.
4. Prize Disclaimer & Liability
As-Is Prizes: All prizes distributed by the Machines are provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind.No Responsibility Post-Win: Once a prize successfully clears the prize chute or locker box and is retrieved by the player, Cliff’s Vending LLC holds no further liability. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, broken, or defective prizes after they have been claimed.Safety: Parents and guardians are solely responsible for supervising children utilizing the Machines. Small prizes may pose a choking hazard for young children.
